By accessing, browsing, or using TruthWeb (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and TruthWeb, a community-driven initiative operating in test net mode within the Pi Network ecosystem. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. TruthWeb reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Nature of the Platform
TruthWeb is a decentralized, community-built platform designed to enhance the Pi Network experience during its test net phase. It is not an official product of Pi Network but operates as an independent initiative to provide tools, resources, and a marketplace for Pi Network Pioneers. All services are provided "as is" and are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice. Users acknowledge that TruthWeb operates in a test environment, and features may not reflect final functionality upon Pi Network's mainnet launch.
3. Eligibility
To use TruthWeb, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. TruthWeb reserves the right to deny access to any user who does not comply with these criteria or who violates these Terms.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use TruthWeb solely for lawful purposes consistent with its intended functionality within the Pi Network ecosystem. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

- Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to scrape data or manipulate services.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Violating intellectual property rights or engaging in illegal activities.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, at TruthWeb's sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your TruthWeb account credentials and associated Pi wallet.
